Dr. Mohammed Abdullah Al-Marzouki – Legal Advisor
The former head of Legal Advisors for the President of the First Shura Council (Saudi Parliament) and the second president of the Council (Imam of Holy Mosque in Makkah). Dr. Mohammed has vast knowledge of both laws, Islamic and Official. Dr. Mohammed is an expert in the Council of Ministers, where he worked in the Division of Experts and the Enactment of State Regulations. He also served as the Chairman of the Committee on The Adjudication of Securities Disputes. Dr. Mohammed is a highly skilled arbitrator, a legal reference and has written for many important publications. He has been with Benta Arabia since it was founded in 2015.
Retired Major General, Engineer Abdullah Abdulkareem Al-Marzouki - Engineering Consultant
Mr. Abdullah served for 48 years in the Government and in the private sector and 39 years in the Ministry of Defense, where he established new electronic departments. He was the commander of the Important Corps involved in Telecommunications and Encryption. Additionally, Mr. Abdullah worked in the ArabSat project and with the president of King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology. After his retirement, he worked for ten years in the private sector and operated a telecommunications company. A royal decree appointed Mr. Abdullah and the Minister of Finance as members of the Board of Directors at the Public Pension Agency. Mr. Abdullah has been with Benta Arabia since it was founded in 2015.
Retired Major General, Engineer Abdulaziz Al-Nehabi - Technical Advisor
Mr. Abdulaziz served in the government for more than 30 years and was the leader of several Institutes and IT departments. He specialized in Information Technology, was a faculty member, and worked in leading positions in various Information Centers. After his retirement last year, Mr. Abdulaziz joined Benta Arabia.
Waleed Abdullah Al-Marzouki - Co-Founder/ President
Mr Al-Marzouki is a founding member of Benta Arabia and has headed its management since 2016, after his early retirement from nearly 30 years of service in the government. He has held several strategic partnerships, including directing the Saudi Aviation Maintenance Institute (SAMI) with Boeing.

With over 18 years’ experience, Mr AlKebbi is a reputable financial consultant who specialises in establishing and administrating organisations. For 8 years he worked with one of the largest companies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and is skilled at dealing with different international companies and markets. Mr AlKebbi has been with Benta Arabia since 2016.

Director of Corporate Projects, with 25 years of experience, Mr Duviau has established various technical project relationships with a range of companies. Mr Duviau and his team have delivered more than 2,000 projects with leading technology and financial institutions and organisations in more than 80 countries.
